✅ Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

💰 Refund Policy

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Wrong size/design? We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

• Exchanges depend on product availability.
